By installing SellMate on your Shopify store you agree to these terms.
SellMate creates Shopify discounts on your behalf and displays offers on your storefront, according to the offers you configure. It acts only within the permissions you granted at install, and only on the store it is installed on.
Plans are charged through Shopify's billing, on your Shopify invoice. The free plan requires no payment method. Your plan is metered on your store's monthly order count; going over is signalled in the app before anything stops, and offers resume when the month rolls over or you upgrade.
Prices may change. Existing subscribers are told before a change takes effect, and Shopify requires you to approve any new charge.
SellMate depends on Shopify's APIs, discount engine and checkout. How a discount resolves at checkout is decided by Shopify, not by this app — notably, most Shopify plans apply only one product discount per line item and keep whichever saves the customer more. The app surfaces those constraints where it can, but cannot override them.
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee a particular increase in sales or average order value.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
Uninstall from your Shopify admin at any time. Billing stops with the uninstall and your data is removed — see the privacy policy. The discounts SellMate created are deleted along with the offers that owned them.
